With more than 20 years of gastronomic experience specializing in seafood, and with special interest in Japanese cuisine, Santy is a totally different experience. The restaurant preserves the spirit of a humble fishing village surrounded by boats that day after day go to sea to ensure the freshest product to your taste.

When we tell clients about sushi in Havana they sometimes say what?! but then we say “how about ceviche?” then they get it: ceviche is Spanish for sushi. Everyone we take to Santy loves it for it’s authentic atmosphere and really the freshest seafood in Havana. We tend to send clients here more for lunch when the view is best, but we personally like to go at night when the atmosphere is more laid-back. The restaurant is named for Santy who is a famous Cuban sportfishing captain. This place is very popular with Cuban movie and music stars, so reservations are recommended.
