Iván Chef Justo Havana Paladar is in an old house in Old Havana, built in 1776. The house has one of the few “four waters-style” roofs that is still preserved on the island and is considered a piece of architectural heritage. We offer the best recipes made with products with which were still on the farm the morning of your visit. Nice atmosphere and very well selected Cuban music, to make your gastronomic experience an unforgettable memory.

Iván Chef Justo Havana Paladar is one of the original Old Havana paladares. Chef Iván himself has always been a great and well-known chef, but the success of this paladar being featured on TV and in magazines has made him Havana’s celebrity chef. The old colonial house where the paladar is located is also a star of the show. This is an excellent choice for lunch nearby to the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes or the Museo de la Revolución.
