Café Laurent is a Havana favorite for Cubanos and foreigners alike. The huge terrace has a beautiful view, but can be hot, so in summer months we recommend Café Laurent more for dinner than for lunch. The cuisine is best called 21st century Cuban cuisine because they update the classics with bold flavors. Always ask about daily specials because sometimes the best dishes aren’t on the regular menu.

Lamb Stew (best in Havana), Grilled Fish Filet in Rustic Pesto, Black Rice with Seafood (kind-of like a risotto)
