Paladar Opera is a great place to take-over and make your own. With just a few tables in a restored mansion near the sea in El Vedado, a group of six or eight can feel right at home with great friendly service. The food is always good at Paladar Opera, so trust Chef Claudio to send out an excellent menu. This is one of the few places in Havana to offer true vegan cuisine (if you reserve in advance).
