Our location is exceptional, on the roof of a factory with more than 100 years of history on the banks of the Almendares River. El Cocinero is an original outdoor hospitality experience in Havana, fully integrated with the dynamic activity of the popular contemporary cultural center La Fábrica de Arte Cubano (FAC).

El Cocinero is our favorite place to eat. Out of all the places we present and send our clients all the time, El Cocinero is the paladar where we most like to go. The food is always excellent, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable especially compared to many of the other restaurants in Havana. Plus it’s located right next to Fabrica de Arte Cubano which is right now probably the number one nightlife center in Havana. The rooftop bar at El Cocinero is really cool for sunset drinks in the summer. The breezes are fresh, the sky is beautiful, while we drink and talk with friends.
What to Order:
For Starters: Chopped Chicken Salad with Pineapple. Main Plate: Roast Lamb with Pasta in Creole Sauce. Desert: Famous Frozen Chocolate Tort
