According to the Restaurant:
Under the Cuban sun, near Old Havana’s Cathedral, in the Callejón del Chorro, is Doña Eutimia Paladar, a restaurant as eclectic as Havana, with a warm and cozy homey atmosphere. Our tableware and menus are original artworks created by local artists, and our cuisine is homemade, simple and full of love. Our restaurant is an homage to Eutimia, a local woman who lived across the way who always cooked delicious meals for the artists working at the Experimental Graphic Art Printshop next door.
According to Havana VIP staff:
Doña Eutimia Paladar serves some of the best food in Old Havana. This paladar is fun and casual, but sometimes crowded so we recommend this place more during weekdays than on weekends. Doña Eutimia Paladar is a at the end of what has become a very busy alleyway but is worth the effort.
